Did CBS get it wrong on Joe Paterno's death?
CBS reported that Joe Paterno died tonight – something the Paterno family spokesman is saying is “Absolutely not true.”
Earlier, the Paterno family issued the following statement on Joe Paterno’s health:
Over the last few days Joe Paterno has experienced further health complications,” said Paterno family spokesman Dan McGinn. “His doctors have now characterized his status as serious. His family will have no comment on the situation and asks that their privacy be respected during this difficult time.
Multiple reports have Paterno in grave condition. Be well, JoePa.
